Refund policy
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
We ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order, however in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email photos@meghanmaloneyphotography.co.nz. We will provide a full refund, store credit or exchange once we have received the returned item. Please note products must be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase and must be returned in the same condition as received with all labels etc. returned with the item.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible. If you have a question about our products or are unsure about the item you wish to purchase then please feel free to contact us at photos@meghanmaloneyphotography.co.nz prior to making your purchase – we are happy to help.
If you do need to exchange or return an item, the item must be returned to within 14 days of the purchase date. It must be in original condition (this includes all original packaging ). Upon inspecting the returned item, we will then gladly credit your payment, or provide you with a credit. If the returned item was on sale, a refund is provided in the form of a credit.
